HOW IT WORKS

Onboarding
The first 4–6 weeks. We take over your existing marketplace accounts — or, for brands without a UAE entity, list your products under SIGNA’s own trade license via SOR/MOR. We fix the immediate problems, coordinate inbound stock through our fulfilment partner ARRIVAGE, and establish operational baselines across Amazon UAE, KSA, and Noon.

Optimization
Weeks 4–12. We work through the prioritized action plan: listing content, Buy Box control, unauthorized seller enforcement, ad spend restructuring, Arabic listings, and compliance. Measurable improvements start showing up in the numbers.

Ongoing management
From week 12 onwards. Continuous day-to-day operations across Amazon UAE, KSA, and Noon. Monthly performance reviews, quarterly strategy pivots, category expansion, new SKU launches. This is the steady state.
